The Rose 'Variegata di Bologna' bears a multitude of old-fashioned looking roses in June, followed by a slight blossom in the autumn. Its large, highly double and globular flowers are white striated with red and crimson. They exhale a scent of old Roses. This Rose thrives planted in a flowering bed, on its own as a specimen or even in hedges in the company of summer flowering shrubs.
