Adult Dimensions: Height up to 4 metres (13'), width up to 2.5 metres (8,2').
Foliage: Evergreen, grey-green.
Soil type: Dislikes lime.
Hardiness: Tolerant to -10°C.
Exposure: Semi-shade to full sun.
Properties and uses:
Spectacularly and abundantly flowering from May to June, except for the cultivar ‘Winter Cheer’ which flowers much earlier between December and April.
This shrub takes its name from a number of beneficial therapeutic uses that are made using the leaves. One can appreciate the fragrance released by creasing the leaves.
This beautiful shrub is popularly used within a mixed wind break hedge or on banks, it also just as popular planted alone.
