The little white flowers in the shape of vases appear at the same time as the fruits in autumn. It’s brown bark peels off in long thin strips. This magnificent shrub is planted alone, in groups or in hedges. In a cold climate, it can be planted in a container or in a sheltered position. It is also interesting for bonsai enthusiasts. Its fruits resemble a combination of a strawberry and a blackberry and are tasty and sweet.
Plant them now: the shortest way to your plate is through your garden!
