Geographic origins: New Zealand.
Adult size: Height up to 0.30m, width up to 60cm.
Foliage: Evergreen.
Type of soil: All, well drained.
Hardiness: Hardy to -15°C.
Position: Partial shade to full light.
Plantation density: 9 / m².

Properties and uses:
This carex has very slender leaves that are slightly curled at the end. It has a lovely silver colour in the springtime and is a copper colour in the winter. It is perfect for dressing up your borders or beds, it could equally well be grown in a pot on the balcony or patio.
