    Properties and uses:
    The Rose 'Jacques Cartier' is a Portland Rose which has very doubled, shiny- pink with dark pink centre flowers. They are strongly fragranced. This small shrub Rose pays tribute to the famous French sailor and explorer of the 16th century.
