FiltraClear 6000 is a closed filtrating system with 3 chambers, for a deep filtering. The different filtering media encourage the formation of nitrifying bacteria in an optimal environment. After mechanical filtering, the water is sent towards the biological filtrating system. A mix of different media made up of a fine filtrating foam, biological granules and a filtrating media which guarantee the colonisation of the bacteria required for water purification.
Functioning under water, FiltraClear is equipped with a UV-C apparatus which destroys the germs responsible for the formation of algae, thanks to its UV rays. It is easy to clean, thanks to a flushing out tap in each of the chambers. Its used is recommended for ponds of 6000 litres (3000 litres if fish are present).
