This mesh tree guard is used to prevent damage by deer in forestry plantations.
The fine mesh also protects the tree from the wind and provides shade. The mesh guard is reinforced so that it is better able to resist the head butting of deer.
Because of its small diameter, this mesh guard can only be used for coniferous trees.
It requires two stakes that are 1m50 high for its installation.
We would advise one stake made of acacia or chestnut for rigidity and one bamboo stake to keep the mesh guard open.
The mesh is stapled to the wooden stake.
