  • Description
  • Type of soil: All except any that has too much clay or is too acidic.
    Sowing time: February to September.
    Harvest time: June to December.
Site: Partial shade to full sun.

    Sow directly in the ground:
Sow in rows that are 25cm apart. Spread the grains out leaving space between them. Cover with fine soil, firm down and water. Keep the soil moist until they come through.

    Care:
Water regularly. Harvest by cutting the stems at soil level as you require them. In regions with mild winters, the parsley can be kept under a cloche.
