It is a very early carrot, fast-growing of the Grelot type and suited for growing in containers.
It forms a round and smooth root with an obtuse end.
The flesh is tender, sweet, and savoury.
It has a surprising aspect, and some people attribute a honey flavour to it.
Little extra: it does not need to be peeled.
Type of soil: Deep and rich. Preferably sandy. Adapts to compacted soil.
Sowing time: From February to July.
Harvest time: From June to November.

- Hoe and water regularly.
Care:
- Water every week, and dilute woodfire ashes in the water to fight against the carrot fly
