Edgeworthia chrysantha 'red dragon', commonly called Paper Bush, is a compact shrub that blooms in late winter. Clusters of small, fragrant red flowers bloom on the bare branches in February, or in March for the coldest regions.
The Paper Bush will surprise you all year round, in winter for its coloured, fragrant flowers, and later in the year for its light green foliage. It is prized in the garden, alone, in flower beds, in planters or pots.
