    Properties and uses:
    The Nuttall oak is often confused with the Pin oak. The foliage turns red and remains so until the beginning of winter, it is a magnificent tree to grow in a park. Its acorns are brownish red and grooved with quite a deep cup. It is quick growing and would be superb as a lone specimen in a park or garden.
