    Properties and uses:
    The Chinquapin Oak stands out from the other Oak trees with its narrow shape and its short branches. Therefore it is the ideal candidate for smaller spaces. Its leaves are reminiscent of the chestnut tree leaves. Its bark is flaky, grey with slight yellow-brown hints.
    The Chinquapin Oak belongs to the white Oak group, its wood having the same characteristics.
