Properties and uses:
The Raoulia Australis, also known as Mat Daisy or Vegetable sheep, is a mat-forming evergreen perennial perfect for non-limey and partially shaded areas. When in its original rocky mountain area, it grows dense, overlapping, tiny grey-silver leaves. This plant is not usually seen outside its natural area, and it needs to settle down in the garden before showing its yellow blossoming in summer. To emphasize its fluffy ‘sheep-like’ aspect, it can be associated with rocks or stones.
