The Japanese Iris 'Gei-sho-mi' bears a bright blossom. Its large flowers are bright violet with lemon-yellow throats.
The Japanese water Iris thrives in a moist to wet soil. It can be planted along the edges of a pond of stream. From June to August, it adorns big, highly coloured flowers which open flat. Cut the flowering stalks at the end of blossom and clean the clump at the end of winter. -
