From late spring until the first frosts, this climbing honeysuckle will illuminate your garden. Its very colorful flowers consist of a purple to dark pink tube opening onto an orange-yellow throat. They release a floral scent with spicy notes, particularly noticeable in the evening. Being very free-flowering, it irresistibly attracts butterflies, bees, and other pollinators.
Its rounded leaves take on a beautiful bluish-green tint in adulthood. Its foliage is deciduous in colder regions, and semi-evergreen in mild climates.
Furthermore, it has excellent hardiness and very fast growth. It is ideal for covering pergolas, fences, or trellises.
