The Holly ‘Red Tips’ is a recent obtainment which causes a sensation! Its bottle-green foliage is highly variegated with golden yellow. The young, rubies-red shoots appear 3 to 4 times during the year and contrast distinctly with the rest of the foliage. The female varieties will bear vivid red fruits.
Grown as a protective- hedge, in a flowering bed or in a pot, the Holly ‘Red tips’ definitely stands out from the rest of the plants!
