Characteristics and uses:
The Cornish Heath or wandering Heath is a beautiful heather with pink bell-like flowers borne in racemes in summer and autumn. This spreading, evergreen subshrub is ideal for flowerbeds or low hedges, and even as a groundcover.
This vigorous plant does not require care, and can easily adapt to any garden, even in alkaline (basic) heavy soils, which differentiates it from the other heathers.
Do not hesitate to mix heathers with summer and winter flowering to offer your garden flowers all year round. -
