    Characteristics and uses:
The main feature of the Dahlia Ball 'Peter' is its ball-shaped flowers which look like large, plain and intense pink pompoms. It will bring a touch of originality to your flowering beds and pots.

The dormant tubers are planted out in the spring, from February to end of May, and offer you a display of magnificent flowers from the summer through to the first frosts.
Dahlias like to be watered when it is hot, their roots kept in the shade and their heads in the sun.

Dead-heading on a regular basis will promote the apparition of new blooms and staking is a must for the tallest varieties.
