Properties and uses:
The white flowers in August are followed by surprising fruits, the branches are weighted down by a multitude of large red berries which have the peculiarity of white stippling in the light (they are poisonous to people but eaten by game birds). This shrub is planted in rockeries, banks, containers, flowerbeds or as ground cover or as a climbing plant.
