Properties and uses:
The Clematis 'Montana Mayleen' is a large and vigorous clematis, which appreciates being trained on a pergola or in a hedge. It gives fragrant, pale pink flowers from May to June. The young spring shoots are covered with purple leaves.
The plant appreciates sunny spots and moisture at its foot : water lightly though regurlarly, and spread mulch at its foot.
Prune it to have new shoots and to give it some strength after really cold winters.
