Properties and uses:
Young’s Weeping Birch is a beautiful Birch tree with elegant weeping branches. When planted alone in a garden, it looks like a living sculpture. The white bark of the adult Birch shows dark scars and deep cracks with sinuous bulges at the base of the trunk; it becomes black at the base of the old trees. The foliage turns yellow in autumn.
