The 'Harlequin' Barberry is a coloured deciduous shrub perfect to bring enchantment to your garden or your terrace.
The early spring leaves are first red, then heavily marbled with pink and silver. They turn crimson during summer to become a bright orange in autumn, just before falling.
This shrub also produces small grapes of red-tinted, pale yellow flowers in spring and later in summer, glossy red berries.
The branches of this Barberry have less thorns than other shrubs of the same variety, which makes it a great decorative specimen, rather than a defensive one.
