Properties and uses:
The Apple tree ‘Moën’ gives plenty of sweet and sour apples that bring a certain fineness to cider. Apples are generally ripe in the second half of October, and used for cider, juice or jelly. Apples are also used as pastry filling or to accompany certain dishes.
The ‘Moën’ variety needs other apple trees varieties to ensure the pollination.
