Properties and uses:
The Apple Tree ‘Guillevic’ thrives in any type of soil, as long as it is not too wet. It produces slightly sour apples. The fragrant flowers bloom late, around April and May. It is the perfect apple to produce cider out of only one variety. This apple tree needs pollinators from different varieties to produce fruit.
The Apple tree ‘perpetu® 'Evereste' is a ‘universal’ pollinator, and ‘Petit Jaune’ is also very good.
Finaly, this apple tree is hardy down to -17°C, and disease and pest resistant.
