The Angel's fishing rod is a light, refined, perennial plant.
It develops its evergreen olive green foliage which looks like Iris foliage from which long, supple, arched floral stems appear at the end of spring.
Graceful ears of small-bell shaped flowers with romantic tints, white, mauve, pale pink or again purple-burgundy blossom from June to August.
The elegant silhouette of the Angel's fishing rod will bring in a touch of character and charm to your garden, planted at the back of a flowering bed, in a rockery or on the edge of a pond. It is recommended to remove the dry stems but not to prune the clump after flowering in order to protect the roots from cold during winter and not set back the spring's restart.
